    Legal Terms and Conditions Order Preparation and Payment: The SELLER will commence order preparation only upon receipt of full payment. Delivery and the official invoice will be provided upon full payment. Inspection and Defects: Upon delivery, the CLIENT must inspect the order. Any defects should be immediately reported to the SELLER’s representative , By accepting delivery or no defects reported within 24 hours of delivery, the CLIENT confirms that the item is free from physical and technical defects and is in good working condition. Responsibility Upon Receipt: Upon receiving the item or service, the CLIENT assumes full responsibility of the machine. Repair Authorization: For any repair services, the CLIENT authorizes the SELLER to carry out necessary fixes, including the procurement of additional parts if required. The CLIENT is liable for payment once the services are completed. Payment Terms and Consequences: In the event of delayed payment by the CLIENT, the SELLER reserves the right to charge a 2% monthly interest on the outstanding balance. If partial payment is made and the balance is not settled within 6 months from the due date, the purchase may be canceled, and the deposit forfeited. The SELLER reserves the right to charge a warehousing fee if payment is delayed. Any deposit or down payment made by the CLIENT that remains unused is non-transferable and will be forfeited on behalf of the SELLER. Proper Use of Purchased Items: The CLIENT agrees to comply with all applicable government regulations regarding the use of the purchased items. The CLIENT shall use the purchased items solely for their intended purpose as specified by the manufacturer. Damages resulting from improper use or unauthorized modifications will not be covered under warranty or repair services provided by the SELLER. Client Responsibility and Indemnification: The CLIENT assumes full responsibility for the use of the purchased machine and agrees to indemnify and hold the SELLER harmless from any claims arising from its use. After-Sales Plan: The CLIENT may choose to avail of the after-sales plan, which includes an insurance policy from a third-party provider to cover damages and other risks at the CLIENT’s discretion. Delivery Outside Metro Manila: For deliveries outside Metro Manila, the SELLER may assist the CLIENT in booking a third-party delivery service. The CLIENT will pay the shipping fee directly to the nominated third-party shipper. A delivery fee will be charged by the third-party service. System Updates: The SELLER may periodically update the machine’s system to enhance functionality and security. The CLIENT agrees to allow the SELLER to perform necessary system upgrades as part of regular maintenance. Support Services: The SELLER will provide the following support in setting up, onboarding, and orienting the CLIENT: A 1-year limited warranty on parts for factory defects and faults. 3 months of tele-tech support, starting from the delivery date. On-site services and service subscriptions are available for a fee. Return and Refund : Under Republic Act No. 7394 (The Consumer Act of the Philippines) : If you wish to return a product, you may do so within 24 hours from receiving it, as long as the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. A handling and restocking fee may apply. Return Shipping: The cost of returning non-defective products will be borne by the CLIENT. Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used products (except for defective items). Custom or personalized items. Products marked as final sale.

    Yes! If you’re a registered GGB Operator, you can purchase directly from GGB Xpress and enjoy exclusive discounts.
  • How do operators earn when buying from GGB Xpress?
    Here’s how it works: Operators get a 15% discount on all merchandise. If the operator follows the standard 30% profit-sharing model, they’re guaranteed at least a 15% margin. So operators earn consistently and automatically, especially when sourcing products directly from GGB Xpress!

    Start by checking if your preferred location is still open, we only allow one distributor per defined area to ensure exclusivity. If available, submit your inquiry and we’ll guide you through the screening and onboarding process.
  • What products will I sell as a distributor?

  • What does being an “Operator” mean?
    Operator is someone who owns and manages their own vending machine. You’re in charge of the business from choosing your products to managing your operations. It’s your machine, your way-powered by our smart retail platform.
  • Is being an Operator the same as owning a franchise?
    No, and here’s why that’s great. Being an Operator means you: Own the machine outright Choose your own products and pricing Can run ads and promotions freely Don’t pay franchise or royalty fees You still get to use our system, platform, and tech support, but with the freedom that franchising doesn’t always offer.
  • I don’t see the machine I need in your standard options. What now?

  • Is a custom machine more expensive?
    Not necessarily. When you go custom, we work with you to find the most cost-efficient setup. Customization doesn’t always mean higher cost, it means smarter solutions tailored to your concept and product needs.
  • How does the custom machine process work?
    We make it simple! Here’s the step-by-step: Tell us what you’re selling – Share product details and actual samples. Create a planogram – Show us how you want the products arranged. Send your ads or graphics – We’ll incorporate your brand design into the machine. Submit everything to our team. We’ll handle the rest and ask a few follow-up questions to finalize your machine.
  • Is there a minimum order for custom machines?
    Yes, the minimum for custom machines is 3 units. Making just one sample unit can be more expensive due to prototyping, but with 3 or more, the cost evens out and becomes more efficient.
  • What if I change my mind after customizing?
    We can still adjust the slotting or shelf height, but some limitations apply based on the finalized layout. Let us know, and we’ll help make changes where possible.
  • Can I change the sticker or lightbox logo?
    Yes! With customization, you have the option to have your own branding including custom sticker wraps and lightbox logos to match your brand identity.

    Yes! We deliver across the Philippines with the help of trusted 3rd-party shippers to ensure your machine arrives safely and on time wherever you are.
  • Do you offer free shipping?
    Yes, we do! We offer free shipping within Metro Manila, Metro Cebu, and Metro Davao.
  • I’m outside the metro - can I book my own delivery to save on cost?
    Yes, and we actually prefer that. Booking directly with a courier can help reduce costs by avoiding added handling or pass-on charges. We’ll coordinate with your chosen shipper for a smooth handover.
  • How long is the delivery lead time?
    For standard machines, we can deploy within 7 days, subject to availability. For pre-orders or customized machines, please allow up to 90 days for production and setup.
  • Do you offer training?
    Absolutely. We provide both online and on-site training to help you understand and operate your machine with confidence.
  • Do you provide tech support?
    Yes. Every machine purchase comes with 3 months of teletech support. We make sure you’re confident in using your machine before we let deploy because we don’t want you to buy something you can’t use.
  • Is there after-sales support? Is it expensive?
